International Camel Festival is about to begin in the Bikaner state of Rajasthan. District Tourism Department is ready to start this festival with a unique initiative. The tourism department will start this festival by distributing yellow rice among the people.
Tourism Department has designed this initiative to encourage the participation of the local community in the Camel Festival. Under this initiative, the Tourism Department will distribute Yellow Rice and Pamphlets in the state and invite people to participate in the festival.
This International Festival will commence on 9 January in Bikaner. The Tourism Department Officials, along with Robilo and Camels have started distributing Yellow Rice from Dammani Chowk. The cultural programs were also organized during this period. In which the robilo with curved mustache performed cultural programs with the beat of Chang.
Along with this, the heritage walk to be held at the beginning of the camel festival was also rehearsed. A team of about 100 people left Rampuria Haveli and reached the temple of Lakshminath for this rehearsal.
